- We have our first home meet against Central Dauphin East and Penns Valley tomorrow. Be on deck by 4:30, warm ups begin at 5:00 and meet begins at 6 pm.
- Wednesday and Friday we have dryland from 6:15-7:15 am.
- Arctic classic t shirt orders are due by December 22nd- each shirt costs $12 and $14 for XXL- Gretchen will be asking swimmers if they would like one and their shirt sizes during practice this week. The design of the shirts
- PLEASE REMEMBER TO GET YOUR SECRET SANTA SOMETHING! $10 BUDGET. If you know you will not be at practice on the 21st (practice is still mandatory) please get your secret santa gift to Francy or Gretchen and indicate who your secret santa was so that it gets to the right person.
