Districts Information

For those swimmers going to districts I have listed information below:
Districts will take place Friday March 2nd and Saturday March 3rd. The timeline for each day and which events take place are listed below:
Friday March 2nd, 2018
Swimmers dismissed at 8:30 and bus departs at 8:45.
Warm ups begin at 10 am
The meet begins at noon

• 200 yard medley relay
• 200 yard free
• 200 yard IM
• 50 yard free
• 100 yard fly
• 200 yard free relay

The awards session for this day is set to begin at 3:30
Saturday March 3rd, 2018
The bus will depart from the high school at 10:45 am
Warm ups begin at noon
Meet begins at 2 pm

• 100 yard free
• 500 yard free
• 100 yard back
• 100 yard breaststroke
• 400 yard free relay

Awards session is set to begin at 5:30 pm.

Awards
Medals are awarded to the top three swimmers, ribbons are awarded to swimmers who place 4th-6th. Top six make it to the podium.

$6 for adults $3 for students
Parking
Parking will be available on both Friday and Saturday at the East Parking Deck on Bigler Road, just north of Curtin Road at a cost of $5/day.

Polar Plunge Info

Date: Saturday February 17th, 2018
The bus will depart the high school at 7:00 am
Times: 7:30-9:30 am= Warm ups ( 9:00-9:30) one way sprints begin at 9:30
             9:30-9:50= Time for additional sprints from the block
             10:00 am= Meet begins
Address: 653 South Baltimore Street, Dillsburg, PA 17019
Team Area: The main gym will be used as the team area for all swimmers during the meet. They will be announcing events in the gym during the meet so make sure you are LISTENING!
Food and Drink: A concession stand will be available during the meet. Please do not take any food or drink into the pool area.
Athlete Attire: When a swimmer is outside the pool area in the hallways, lobby, auxiliary gym or cafeteria, they must wear something on the top of their body and on their feet. They are very strict about this and have someone monitoring at all times. 

Admission: $5 for adults and $3 for students. This price includes a meet program. The meet will also be posted on meet mobile. 

Parent transportation forms: Swimmers may go home with a parent only if they pick up a transportation form from one of the coaches and have a parent fill it out and sign.

We will stop to eat dinner on the way home from this meet.
